As we mentioned last week when talking about the Tahoe & Suburban, the 2025 model year is on the horizon, which means more and more new vehicles are going to be getting introduced to the world. One vehicle that we’re beyond excited about is the all-new, next-generation 2025 Chevy Equinox. Chevrolet unveiled this beauty back in January, and we couldn’t be more stoked for its arrival. Officially entering its fourth generation since inception back for 2005, we’re also celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Read on below to learn about its updated specs and features as well as the three available trims in which it will be available, including one that’s brand new!

Starting for the new 2025 model year, the next-gen Equinox will be available in three trim levels. The lineup kicks off with the base LT trim level, which offers the basics and represents the entry level. From there, you can opt for the RS trim which introduces dynamic and bold style upgrades as well as more content. Or, you can opt for the new top-tier trim, which also happens to be the nameplate’s very first outdoor-focused trim level. This new trim level is called ACTIV and it adds a host of unique design cues and features, including the following:
